Customize your email signature for the iPhone
Recently I’ve got an email message and at the end it said:
‘Sent from my iPhone. Please excuse the brevity and spelling mistakes.’
It reminded my how I still had the default ‘Sent from my iPhone’ email signature and how I always delete it and replace it with some new text. I always wanted to customize it and I decided today was the day.
Here are the steps to customize your email signature:
- On the Welcome screen, tap Settings.
- On the Settings screen, scroll down and tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
- On the Mail, Contacts, Calendars screen, scroll down and tap Signature.
- Enter your email signature. Only text format is allowed but you can type in links and they will be displayed as clickable links when you send emails.
- Tap Mail to return to the previous screens.

It’s a pity but I don’t use iPhone, and that’s why can’t express my objective opinion about customizing signature. But I guess that this can be really cool)
